| Fear
of Failure Defined
Most people limit themselves. Most do not achieve more than a fraction of what they are capable of because they are afraid to try. That is, they are afraid they will fail. Failure is hardest to accept when we call upon one of our strengths and yet still fail. It is very difficult to entirely dissolve fear
of failure. However, identifying a talent and developing it as
a strength enables you
to perfect and improve upon it through trial and error, Act, learn,
refine, act, learn, refine…this is the process that best optimizes
the chance for eventual success. Failure is just a stepping stone
along the way.
